1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and getbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the getbet website located at getbet.app and all associated services, including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, crash games, and payment processing facilities.

By accessing the getbet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the getbet platform and close your account.

getbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the getbet platform following any update constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a material change is made, getbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details associated with their accounts.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of getbet services, including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting for personal, recreational use is not expressly prohibited.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another getbet account that was suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on getbet or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on getbet. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same contact details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where getbet identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering your getbet account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. getbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other individual to access your account on your behalf. getbet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3 Deposits & Withdrawals

getbet supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. All account balances are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to transactions made through supported payment channels.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your getbet account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• getbet does not charge any fees on deposits made through any supported payment method.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and full refund of the deposited amount to its source.
• getbet reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any account as part of its responsible gaming obligations.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours.
• getbet does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
• Before your first withdrawal, getbet may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid National ID card (NID) or passport. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.
• getbet reserves the right to delay processing withdrawals from accounts under active investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or AML compliance review.

4 Betting Rules & Market Settlement

All bets placed on getbet are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, competition, or game format. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets on the getbet platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until getbet has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. getbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Odds are not guaranteed until a bet has been formally accepted and confirmed by the system. If a technical error results in odds being displayed incorrectly, getbet reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds and return the stake to the player's account.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting on cricket, football, and other markets is available on getbet. Live odds are updated every 2–5 seconds. There may be a brief suspension of in-play markets around major match events such as wickets, goals, or red cards. getbet will not be held liable for bets placed during a brief suspension window that have not been formally confirmed by the system.

Market Settlement

• Markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL organising committee for BPL fixtures).
• If a cricket match is abandoned or reduced in overs and no official result is possible, markets will be settled according to the specific rules for that competition type as outlined in our detailed cricket betting rules.
• getbet may delay settlement of markets pending confirmation of the official result where there is ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome.
• In the event of a market being settled incorrectly due to a data feed error or human error, getbet reserves the right to re-settle the market at the correct result within 72 hours of the original settlement.

Maximum Winnings

getbet applies maximum winnings limits on a per-event and per-market basis. These limits are displayed in the relevant market rules. Accumulated winnings from multiple bets that breach a maximum winnings threshold may be paid out up to the applicable limit only, with the excess voided.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

getbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by getbet are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on getbet bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; incomplete wagering results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.
• Promotional bonuses are available only to players whose accounts are in good standing — accounts under investigation or suspension are not eligible.
• getbet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.

Bonus Abuse

getbet employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, getbet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

getbet maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, match-fixing, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or the sporting events on which bets are placed. The following activities are strictly prohibited on getbet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Accessing getbet via a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service in order to circumvent geographic access restrictions or account-level restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Money laundering or using the getbet platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent responsible gaming restrictions including self-exclusion.
• Sharing account access with another person or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.

getbet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigations involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing. Where required by law, getbet will disclose account information and transaction records to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

7 Age Restriction & Verification

Access to getbet is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or above. It is a fundamental condition of using this platform that you confirm, at the time of registration and on each subsequent login, that you meet the minimum age requirement. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for an individual under the minimum age to gamble, and for any operator to knowingly provide gambling services to a minor.

getbet employs a multi-stage age verification process. During registration, you are required to confirm your date of birth. getbet reserves the right to request formal documentary evidence of your age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification is requested, your account will be restricted from making deposits or placing bets until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

Where getbet has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by a player subsequently confirmed to be under the minimum age will be returned to the source payment method after deducting the value of any bets placed during the period of underage access. getbet does not retain winnings generated by underage players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

getbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable account information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the account.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the minimum age of 18.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the closure of the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their getbet account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining balance. getbet will process a final withdrawal of any outstanding funds to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the account closure request being approved.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be fully suspended and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or log in. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, getbet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

getbet shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, even if getbet has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to adhere to responsible gaming practices.
• Losses arising from incorrect or delayed market settlement where the delay is attributable to a third-party data provider.

getbet makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious software. While getbet invests heavily in platform reliability and security, access to the internet and to online services involves inherent risks that are beyond getbet's control.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of international commercial law, with particular reference to the jurisdiction from which the player is accessing the platform.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and getbet relating to a bet, a transaction, a bonus, or any other aspect of your account, you should in the first instance contact getbet's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. getbet commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of getbet's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a written complaint to the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. getbet will cooperate fully with any properly constituted investigation and will provide all relevant records and documentation as required.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any individual provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms applicable to your account, constitute the entire agreement between you and getbet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
